This is what always pops in my mind when I'm thinking of something outside the 'box' for lunch. It is all of 3 ingredients, adds much needed {and neglected} fish to my diet. This is the ONLY fishy thing I can tolerate, so don't hold your breath for lots of seafood recipes. Wrong blog. Sorry! In the mean time, whip up a couple of these for lunch or dinner! 6 slices bread
2 cans tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cheese, as desired
Drain and rinse the tuna. Stir gently with the soup. Spread across the pieces of bread and top with cheese. Broil for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
I've also done this with a can of chicken and liked it.
